Among the artists whose work is being displayed are: Katherine Narducci, Becca, K H No. 7, Sarah’s Incognito, Clio, Random Act, Adventures, Lydia Emily, E, Kym CBS, Lori Michael, Gretta Kuresi, Sahra Vang aka VIA, and Sand One. KH No. 7 indicated that loneliness was a motivator for the show. She started out with four girls and soon girls were contacting her to be a part of it. Just from the show, at least 3 girls that she knows of have started doing street art. She hopes this is just the start of other similar shows being done.
During the July 14th private artist reception, Random Act, known for her flower pieces, painted a new piece featuring an Iris. Some of her flower pieces also hung over the main front room of the gallery. When asked what she thought about the show, Random Act said “We really brought it!” That they had, as the night progressed more and more pieces were being marked as “SOLD.”
The “Miss Danger on the Loose” exhibition is open for public viewing beginning July 15th, 2011 and will run through August 18th, 2011.
