L.A Ladies 8/11/12

Presenting new works by two young Latina painters in Los Angeles. Drawing inspiration from LA and global street-pop, Sand One and new comer Ana Sosa have.
...In spite of exhibiting widely and collaborating with high-profile partners such as the NBA, Fred Segal and Nike, locally Sand One is known primarily for her painted ice-cream trucks, pushcarts and East L.A. murals. Although newer to the scene, Ana Sosa’s work is begining to spread, Anas work has been  featured in L.A Galleries such as  Bow Tiki Gallery, Ave 50 Studio, and Slanguage. L.A. Ladies offers an opportunity to see work by these two dicerse Latina female artists in a laidback setting only steps away from some of the best brews in Los Angeles.
